Queensland Health conspires with QNMU to torpedo rival union
Queensland Health asked the nurses union to approve a memo falsely stating workers cannot be represented by a rival employee association.
Details of the memo’s creation were revealed during the case of nurse Margaret Gilbert in the state’s Industrial Relations Commission.
Gilbert claims the Metro North Hospital and Health Service violated her human rights when it issued her with a “show cause” Notice for speaking to the media.
