Fair Work deputy president slammed for ‘extraordinary failures’

The Fair Work Commission has slammed a Morrison government appointee for his “extraordinary failures” dealing with a case.

A full bench blasted deputy president Gerard Boyce’s lack of explanation in ratifying an enterprise agreement for Hungry Jack’s.

It described his conduct as “entirely unsatisfactory”, finding he didn’t even bother reading all the submissions when deciding on the new workplace deal.
